Thanks, Nadiney!
And Story Genius, Tanja is a resource for writing stories. I’ve decided to write a story based book rather than a devotional because I learnt from trying to write devotional-sized blogs that I simply can’t get to the depth that I want to in 350-400 words. 🙂 And yes, I’ve always wanted to teach through stories so here goes something! 🙂
Ch 5 – tick! Onto Ch 6! 🙂

Morning and evening ritual. I’m presuming that’s of the kosher sort. 😉
Seriously, going off what Tanja said, I too applaud you. Not sure if your routine has anything to do with exercise but that’s another thing I just set up today. A tick-a-box for my weekly walking, jogging and workout goals. I used to say if I was too busy to exercise, I was too busy and it was high time I brought that back! 🙂

Hey Nadine!
I’ve had an initial response from a Happiness Engineer . . .
“Also, note that the post you create was on WordPress.com support forums, but your site livinglikeourking.com is a self-hosted WordPress.org, which is a different type of WordPress.
If you want to know more about the differences, you can read https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
Since your blog is a self-hosted WordPress.org site, that means that the process described on https://en.support.wordpress.com/transferring-a-site-to-another-wordpress-com-account/ does not apply to your site.
Even though we don’t support self-hosted WordPress.org sites here, if you can tell me what exactly do you need to do, I might be able to point you in the right direction.”Will let you know if they get back to me about how to transfer. In the interim, I’m happy with having at least changed my username on my current account.
Thank you again and again!

Quick update. I’ve changed the username on the account that I don’t want to keep which very kindly changed my username on the forum Q I’d posted. 🙂 I’ll wait to see if anyone responds to my request for help and then go from there. Thank you again! x

Hey Nadine, thank you so much for your valuable time. I seriously appreciate it! In response to your Qs:
– I have tried to update my details on the account that I want to keep but there doesn’t seem to be any way to do that other than to transfer the blog from the account that I don’t want to keep which is exactly what I am seeking help to do
– I do have the option to change the username on the account that I don’t want to keep but given that I want to change it to the username of the account that I do want to keep, of course it won’t let me do that because that username is already being used 🙂
– I had thought that I could try deleting the account that I want to keep thinking that the username would then become available but when I went to do that it said the username would never be available again so there’s no point doing that either
– please know that I really appreciate the last link you sent me but unfortunately it didn’t answer my question
I have just posted a request for help on the WordPress public forum but IRONICALLY unknowingly did exactly what I was not wanting to do and that was link my username – which is my personal name – with my url. I couldn’t believe it. I had no idea that at the bottom of my question the form would include the words, “The blog I need help with is . . .” Crazy!!!
I’m about ready to give up to be honest, or at least give up on having my username as livinglikeourking such that I would be Sue@livinglikeourking. It doesn’t matter. I can just delete my livinglikeourking account and that way free up the livinglikeourking email address so I can at least use that instead of my personal email address.
So sorry to have wasted your time. Thank you again. Much love! 🙂

🙂 My actual problem might not be considered a problem so much as something I’m just trying to tidy up. All of my stats etc are attached to my personal name WordPress account not my blog name/gravatar associated account and I would like to transfer the url to the blog name account (if that’s how it’s done?) so that I can:
1. have everything in its right place 🙂 and 2. use the different accounts/personal and blog gravatars for different discussions/comments should I do choose.
Is that as clear as mud? 🙂 Have I misunderstood something? I know it’s possible to transfer it because I’ve read that in a number of places, I’m just having trouble actually doing it. -

Oo, back again. I presume you can remove individual replies and not chains but thought I’d mention this here seems I presume this won’t be available for viewing and will eventually be deleted.
I just found that the links from the Content Repurposing page don’t link eg to Content Multiplier etc and I’m sure you already know that and you’re on top of it or not worried about it but I’m just wanting to be a faithful feeder-backerer! 🙂
Okay, back to accessing the workouts from the widget! 🙂
